02/2010 Bursa, Turkey – 3rd Gynecologic Endoscopy Symposium – Dr. Miller lectured on total laparoscopic hysterectomy, the future of endoscopy (future for treatment of uterine fibroids), laparoscopic approach to endometrioma, using ultrascion on gynecologic laparoscopy, and latest developments in laparoscopic myomectomy. Dr. Miller also performed lived surgery (laparoscopic myomectomy).

05/2010 Sydney, Australia – ISGE 19th Annual Congress in Conjunction with the AGES XX Annual Scientific Meeting – Dr. Miller lectured on “The Place of Myomectomy in the Infertile Patient”
06/2010 Dubrovnik, Croatia – IV AAGL International Congress of Minimally Invasive Gynecology in conjunction with the Croatian Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy – Dr. Miller lectured on laparoscopic myomectomy and participated in a debate regarding hysterectomy entitled “Do We Keep the Cervix”. In addition, Dr. Miller served as moderator for the “Infertility and IVF” session.
08/2010 Boulder, CO – Dr. Miller attended the Science and Clinical Applications of Energy Master Course with Covidien - This course covered the principles, applications and risks of electrosurgery to enable its safe and effective use. The basics of electricity, principles and clinical applications of electrosurgery, electrosurgical generator technologies and safe practices were reviewed.
09/2010 New York, NY – Dr. Miller served as faculty for the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons’ (SLS) 19th Annual Meeting held jointly with The International Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy’s (ISGE) regional meeting. Dr. Miller was the Director of the Multidisciplinary Plenary Sessions on Adhesions. He also lectured on “Abdominal and Pelvic Adhesions, the GYN Perspective” and “The Current Trend in Treating Endometriosis Related Infertility – An American’s Perspective”.
09/2010 Naperville, IL – Dr. Miller was the Program Chair of the AAGL sponsored “Adding Office Hysteroscopy to Your Practice” course (Dr. Miller presented on Office Diagnostic & Operative Hysteroscopy Techniques and Advanced Office Hysteroscopy)
10/2010 Barcelona, Spain – Dr. Miller attended the European Society for Gynecological Endoscopy’s (ESGE) 19th Annual Congress – Dr. Miller lectured on “Pitfalls and Risks of Conventional Electrosurgery”
10/2010 Denver, CO – ASRM (American Society of Reproductive Medicine) 2010 66th Annual Meeting – Dr. Miller presented the following oral abstract presentation – Efficacy of Vaginal Progesterone Inserts (Endometrin®) Compared to Intramuscular Progesterone in Oil for Luteal Support in IVF patients. He also presented the Femasys video abstract – Complete In-Office Infertility Assessment with the Femvue Sono Tubal Evaluation System. In addition, Dr. Miller’s video – Laparoscopic Type II Submucosal Myomectomy was selected for representation during the AAGL Film Festival Video Session during the meeting
